Hot-rolled H beams are products we trade, which come from China big steel mills. Almost all specifications available in China are within our hands. The steel grades are Q235B, Q345B. Some are SS400 and SW490.

It has characteristics as follows:

1. The flange is so wide and its lateral rigidity is so hard that H beam has an extra strong resistance to bending.

2. The surfaces of flange plate are balanced, thus making H beam easily jointed, processed and installed.

3. Compared with welding H beam, the beam has low costs but high precision, with less residual strain and stress, and without expensive weld materials or weld seam inspection, so it is saves the steel-structure-making expenses by 30%-50%.

4. On conditions of same cross-section load, hot-rolled steel, than traditional steel structure, is 15%-20% lighter in weight.

5. Compared with reinforced convrete structure, hot-rolled steel can make usage area increase by 6% but its own wight lighter by 20%-30%, which reduces internal force of structure design.

6. H beam can be processed into mild steel tee or honeycomb beam, then it can composed into all kinds of sectional forms and meet the demands of engineering designs and making.
