Detailed Product Description
1. Steel plates can be processed as per longitudinal shear method according to client's lists and the maximum width can be up to 2000mm,the maximum length 1200mm.Moreover,all plates are treated by cold working; and besides, they have smooth incision and no lost materials.Therefore it is one ideal choice of constructing steel structure works-hop.
2. Thick-walled Submerged-arc Welding H beam(GB/T50205-2001) and High-frequency Thin-walled Light H Beam(JG/T137-2007).
3. Electro Slag Welding(ESW), four plates and eight Welding Lines.Inside and Outside Penetration.
4. Arectangular cross-section column is formed by two or more steel angles or steel channels connected by junction plates.
5. Steel pipe structure component has beautiful appearance and is mainly used for venues and related facilities, which is formed by cutting and connecting the pipes.
6. Steel Plates, section steel and steel pipes can be processed via cutting, drilling, plate stiffening, derusting and painting according to the design drawings; in additional, the components can be sent to building site.
